Privacy

The short version: this site collects almost nothing.

What we collect

If you sign up for the email list: we store your email address. We use it to send you the newsletter when there's something worth sending. That's it.

If you sign up with Google: we receive and store your Google email address only. We do not store your name, profile picture, or anything else from your Google account.

If you visit the site: we count anonymous visits to understand traffic. We do not store IP addresses, browsing history, or personal identifiers.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies. It uses one session-storage entry to keep the visit counter from double-counting page reloads. That data lives only in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't share it with third parties. We don't use it for ad targeting. We don't build a profile on you. The email list exists so we can send you a newsletter, and that's the only use.

Affiliate retailers

When you click an affiliate link to Amazon or another retailer, you leave this site and become subject to that retailer's privacy policy. We have no visibility into what happens after the click.

Your rights

You can request the removal of your email at any time by emailing extremefitnesslifestyle@gmail.com. We will remove it within seven days.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below updates. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least fourteen days.
